The breakfast was very good with cream, sausages, sausage were available for the full English breakfast. The room was quiet and cheap, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would stay here again.

The location was marvellous and brilliant for me as it was really close to Stadium of Light Metro station and St Peter's Metro station, approximately 10 minutes walking distance, bus, metro and train station and reception and rear garden. It also was close enough to walk into the town center or the sea. The queen room I had was gorgeous and reasonably priced. The bathroom was clean, included a bath and carpet.
